Patna Women's College is the first college for women to be established in the state of Bihar and run by the sisters of the Apostolic Carmel. The college started its operation way back in the year 1868 and involves itself in numerous activities like upliftment of women, community development and academic excellence. Dr. Sister Douris Dsouza is the principal of the institute and plays a crucial role in its administration and governance.
